A very simple 8x8 or even smaller dot matrix display which can be controlled through USART, I was using ftdi232 to make it USB compatible. Continue rading if you wan to check the video.
Never finished this project, I wanted to make it really big, but other priorities came up. And only source code, circuit schematics and these videos remain. One day I will get back to it. The project was using Atmega328 for controlling the multiplexing and couple 74hc595 shift registers as output pin extenders.
